- In the center of a wonton wrapper, place about a teaspoon of mashed potatoes, then top with about a teaspoon of stuffing and a small piece of shredded turkey.
- Use a pastry brush to apply a small amount of butter to the outer edges of two sides of the wonton wrapper, then fold buttered side to the unbuttered side, push all the air out of the pocket, and press to seal. Your wontons will be in a triangle shape.
- Repeat until you run out of leftovers.
- Place about 2 tablespoons butter in a pan over medium high heat. Add wonton wrappers in a single layer of the pan and cook until hot and slightly browned, flipping halfway through. You may need to cook in several batches.
- While you cook the wontons, warm leftover gravy in a saucepan.
- To serve, provide each person a small bowl of gravy for dipping the wontons.
