  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Slice scallions and drizzle with olive oil. Mix and set aside.
  3. Separate crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles (keep two triangles together, per rectangle).
  4. Place a hot dog at the bottom of each rectangle of dough.
  5. Wrap each hot dog in its rectangle of dough by rolling it up from the bottom to the top of the rectangle.
  6. Cut halfway slits into each wrapped hot dog, approximately ½ inch apart. Try not to cut all the way through the dough on the bottom, so it stays semi-connected. (If you do end up cutting all the way through, just stick the dough back together on the baking sheet.)
  7. Shape into a circle by connecting the ends of the wrapped hot dog.
  8. Twist each hot dog section so that they stand and face upwards.
  9. Sprinkle the tops of each bun with green onions, corn, cheese, and sesame seeds. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes or until the tops of the buns are golden brown.
