  1. In small bowl, whisk jerk seasoning, oil, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 2 tablespoons water.
  2. Place chicken in large zip-top plastic bag. Pour marinade over chicken; seal bag, pressing out excess air. Massage chicken in bag to coat; refrigerate at least 1 or up to 8 hours.
  3. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. In medium bowl, toss peaches, mango, shallot, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  5. Serve chicken topped with salsa.
