These simple and flavorful sliders will be a crowd pleaser at any cookout. Recipe courtesy of King's Hawaiian.

  1. Butter inside of top and bottom buns using 3 tablespoons of butter. Toast on a griddle till golden brown.
  2. In a bowl mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 9 3” wide patties of equal size and thickness.
  3. Fold cheese slices in half and then in half again to make 4 even pieces. Use 4 pieces per slider.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high.
  5. Brush the tops and bottoms of the sliders with oil to prevent them from sticking. Place the sliders on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip sliders and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Top with 2 pieces of cheese and cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Remove from grill and rest for 2 minutes for medium.
  9. Place 2 pieces of cheese on the bottom bun.
  10. Top with slider patty.
  11. Top with 2 pickle chips, ketchup, mustard, and chopped onions. Place on top bun.
  12. Brush top of buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Secure each slider with a skewer.
