Chipotle-Lime Swai Tostadas

These tostadas are full of flavor and perfect for a weeknight dinner!
- Preheat oven to 425°. On 2 rimmed baking pans, place tostada shells in single layer; bake 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Brush swai with 2 tablespoons lime juice; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon chipotle powder. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add swai; cook 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°, turning once. Transfer swai to cutting board; cut into 1-inch pieces.
- In small saucepot, heat beans as label directs; remove from heat. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder.
- Spread bean mixture over tostadas; top with swai, avocado, tomato, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, onion and cilantro.
