- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, cream of tartar, and pumpkin spice seasoning. Whisk together thoroughly.
- Heat water on the stove or in the microwave. Water should be warm but not boiling to keep it at a touch-safe temperature.
- Combine the oil, food coloring, and water.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix well to form a dough.
- Remove the dough and place onto a well-floured surface. Knead until no longer sticky.
