- Preheat oven to 325 ˚F
- Remove packaging from ham, including glaze packet.
- Place ham face down in large roasting pan.
- Add sliced sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, and cracked pomegranates.
- Add ½ inch of water to pan, then tightly cover pan with aluminum foil.
- Cook ham for 14-16 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature is 120 ˚F. Total cook time will vary by weight.
- Remove ham from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before glazing
- Gently massage glaze packet to blend. Cut one corner of the packet and squeeze evenly over top of ham. If desired, use a knife or brush to spread glaze between slices. Allow glaze to melt into ham before serving.
