Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham with Bourbon, Honey and Orange Glaze

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Remove all packaging from the ham, including glaze packet, and place face down in a large roasting pan
- Cook the ham, uncovered, for 12-14 minutes per pound, or until an internal temperature of 120 degrees. Total cook time will vary by weight
- When about 30 minutes of cook time remain, whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to aboil over medium-high heat
- Pour the glaze over the ham
- Continue baking, basting the ham frequently
- For the final 10 minutes of cook time, turn the oven up to 425, continuing to baste with the glaze
- When the ham is heated through, remove from the oven, drain of the liquid in the bottom of the baking dish, and reserve to serve on the side
- Serve hot
