- Layer ham and provolone between four slices of challah bread; top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together milk, eggs, and cinnamon.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
