Bacon Wrapped Scallops are the perfect balance of salty, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Serve them at your next party or gathering and watch them disappear in minutes.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels to help with searing. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap one cut strip of bacon around each scallop. Secure it with toothpicks or a skewer. Repeat for all scallops.
  4. Place the wrapped scallops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and scallops are opaque and slightly firm.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
