Bacon Wrapped Scallops are the perfect balance of salty, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Serve them at your next party or gathering and watch them disappear in minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels to help with searing. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Wrap one cut strip of bacon around each scallop. Secure it with toothpicks or a skewer. Repeat for all scallops.
- Place the wrapped scallops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and scallops are opaque and slightly firm.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
