  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter for 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar and beat for an additional 2 minutes. Remove a spoonful (about 2-3 tbsp) and place in a small ziploc bag; set aside.
  2. Add chocolate syrup and crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to the mixture, and blend completely.
  3. Line a bowl with plastic wrap and drop the cream cheese mixture into it. Fold the wrap around the mixture and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Once chilled, remove the mixture and shape it into a football on a serving plate. Press mini chocolate morsels into the top and sides.
  5. Pipe “laces” onto the ball using the reserved cream cheese mixture in the bag.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Enjoy with pretzels, apples or graham crackers.
