- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat; sprinkle underside of rimmed baking pan with cornmeal. Cut 12-inch square sheet aluminum foil; fold up edges to create 1-inch rim, crimping corners to secure. Place bacon on foil and place on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until crisp, turning once. Transfer bacon to cutting board; blot both sides with paper towel and coarsely chop. Makes about 1/2 cup bacon.
- Reduce grill temperature to medium-low. On lightly floured work surface, roll dough into 12-inch circle; carefully transfer to prepared pan. With fork, poke dough several times to vent; slide dough onto hot grill rack. Cover and cook 6 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once; transfer crust back to pan.
- Leaving 1/2-inch border, spread ricotta cheese over crust; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bacon. Slide pizza onto hot grill rack; cover and cook 6 minutes or until edges of pizza are golden brown and cheese is melted, moving pizza to prevent crust from burning, if necessary.
- Sprinkle pizza with arugula; cut into 8 slices and garnish with crushed red pepper, if desired.
