- Prepare farro as label directs; drain and cool completely.
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135° for medium-rare, turning once. Transfer steaks to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing.)
- In large bowl, prepare salad kit as label directs; stir in apple and farro. Makes about 7 cups salad.
- Thinly slice steaks against the grain; serve over salad.
