French Onion Stroganoff
French Onion Stroganoff is a cozy, weeknight-friendly dish that delivers bold flavor with minimal effort. - In large saucepot, cook noodles as label directs; drain, return to saucepot and cover.
- Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Add steak, garlic powder and thyme; cook and stir 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add 1/2 cup warm water; cook 1 minute, scraping browned bits from bottom of saucepot with wooden spoon. Stir in dip and noodles; cook and stir 2 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 8 cups.
- Serve stroganoff sprinkled with parsley, if desired.
