Cheddar-Onion Waffle Dogs with Everything Dip

- Soak skewers in water 20 minutes. In medium bowl, stir sour cream and seasoning; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
- Preheat waffle iron; spray both sides with cooking spray. Thread hot dogs onto skewers.
- In large bowl, whisk pancake mix and 1 1/2 cups water; stir in onions and cheese. Dip 2 hot dogs in batter to coat, allowing excess to drip off; place hot dogs on waffle iron, close iron and cook 4 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining hot dogs and batter. Makes 16 waffle dogs.
- Serve waffle dogs with dip.
