Mediterranean Whipped Feta Bites

- Preheat oven to 400°. Dry chickpeas with paper towel. In small bowl, toss chickpeas and oil; spread on rimmed baking pan. Roast chickpea mixture 15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, stirring once.
- In food processor, purée cream cheese, feta cheese, lemon juice, dill and garlic powder on high until smooth, scraping bowl occasionally. Makes about 9 tablespoons.
- Spread cheese mixture onto crackers; sprinkle with peppers, cucumber, roasted chickpeas and dill, if desired. Makes 24 bites.
