- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In small bowl, stir garlic, 2 tablespoons cilantro, oil, seasoning and salt; rub over pork chops and let stand 15 minutes.
- In large bowl, toss fruit cups, tomatoes, pepper, onion, lime zest and remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro. Makes about 3 1/2 cups salsa.
- Place pork chops on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°, turning once. Makes 4 pork chops.
