How does the service work?

Price Chopper Delivers powered by Instacart is a grocery delivery service that allows customers to order Price Chopper groceries online and have them delivered when and where they want.

Why isn't Price Chopper Delivery available where I live?

We know many customers are excited to use this service, and we're in the process of extending the service across the Kansas City Metro. Please check back often as we’re constantly looking to expand into new neighborhoods.

Do Price Chopper associates receive, fill, or deliver my order?

No. Instacart shoppers and drivers receive, fill, and deliver your order. Instacart is also responsible for helping customers with any questions or issues with the service, including the website, app, payment processing, order status, refunds and more.

How do I create an Instacart account or place an order?

How much will Price Chopper Delivery cost?

Prices for individual items are indicated on the website. Additional delivery fees may be required and are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Visit https://www.shopmypricechopper.com/ for full pricing details.

Will I get my rewards points when I use Price Chopper Delivery ?

Yes.  Please be sure to add your Price Chopper Rewards number to your Instacart account and note that it may take 24 hours from time of purchase for points to be reflected in your account.

Can I take advantage of coupons, and weekly ad deals through Instacart?

Printed and digital coupons are not redeemable through Instacart at this time, however the website may offer its own exclusive digital-only coupons. Not all Price Chopper deals or weekly ad promotions apply. https://www.shopmypricechopper.com/ does not allow you to mix and match variety, flavor, or size. Check the website for current deal offerings.

What products and services are NOT available with this service?

For items not listed on the site, customers can submit a special request and their Instacart shopper will let them know if this option is available. Items not available on shopmypricechopper.com include liquor, tobacco, pharmacy, lottery, lotto, Rug Doctor, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders, tax, items exclusive to specific stores or ownership groups, and other service items.

How does tipping work and who receives the tips?

Tipping is optional. The tip amount defaults to 10% of your order total, but you can select a different amount. Tips are paid directly to the Instacart driver and/or shopper. Price Chopper associates do not receive the tips.

Do Instacart delivery drivers have Instacart signage on their vehicles, and will they use any equipment when delivering my order?

Instacart drivers use their personal, unmarked vehicles to make deliveries. Some drivers may use carts to carry your order from their car to your door.
