Grilled Honey Lime Shrimp

A quick and easy marinade featuring flavors of honey & lime. Add to skewers and grilled to perfection in minutes.

4 skewers of 6 shrimp. Approximately 24 shrimp.

  • 1 ½ pounds of shrimp, medium-large peeled and deveined (leave tail on)
  • Juice of one large lime
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1 Bunch chopped cilantro

  1. In a small bowl whisk together lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour into a resealable bag or bowl and add shrimp. Toss to coat and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Put the shrimp on skewers and place on the grill. Grill on each side for about three minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy!
