Raw carrots, cucumber, red cabbage julienned and rolled in rice paper. Topped with cilantro & dipped in peanut sauce. A colorful addition to a no-cook meal.

Raw carrots, cucumber, red cabbage julienned and rolled in rice paper. Topped with cilantro & dipped in peanut sauce. A colorful addition to a no-cook meal.

  1. Julienne cucumber and carrots. Julienne cabbage with chef's knife.
  2. Prepare rice paper according to package (dip in room temp water for 10-15 seconds).
  3. Place rice paper on work surface, fill with veggies, wrap sides in and roll. Cut in half on diagonal.
  1. With a fork, stir all ingredients in a small bowl until fully incorporated.
  2. Serve & enjoy!
