INTRODUCTION:
The Price Chopper More Ways to Save “Free Grocery Giveaway” (The Promotion) is sponsored by select, local participating Price Chopper stores and Price Chopper Enterprises (The Company) located at 10561 Barkley, Suite 320, Overland Park, KS 66212.
ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the Greater Kansas City Metro Area Only (Price Chopper Enterprises stores service area). Must be a resident of Kansas or Missouri who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. For details on our store service area, visit mypricechopper.com and click store locator.
NOT ELIGIBILE:
Employees and agents of Price Chopper Stores, Price Chopper Enterprises, Associated Wholesale Grocers, DGS Foods, Walz Tetrick Advertising; Employees and agents of all of the above’s affiliated companies; All of the above’s immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren). By participating in The Promotion, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of The Company, which are final and binding in all respects. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited. By entering you are providing your information to Price Chopper.
REGULATIONS:
One entry per person/REWARDS account is allowed. Additional entries will not be allowed.
TIME PERIOD/TERMINATION:
The Promotion starts on December 3, 2025, at 8:00am. U.S. Central Time and ends on February 28, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time (“The Promotion Period”). The Company reserves the right to end The Promotion at any time for any reason. The Company’s computer is the official timekeeping device for The Promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
(1) Sign up or verify your account information and preferences at https://www.mypricechopper.com/member/my-profile. No changes to preferences are necessary to enter. Click the red Save Changes button to be automatically entered to win. No purchase necessary.
PRIZE:
A REWARDS member at each participating Price Chopper store will be selected at random each month (December, January, February) and win free groceries for a year (valued at $5200). Prize is not transferable and will only be available to the winners selected. Prize cannot be deferred or fulfilled at a later date. Winners must complete a release form and W-9 prior to or at the time of receiving the prize. Winners must pick up their prize at the Price Chopper location where the original purchase was completed within 24 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. No exceptions will be made.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
A winner will be chosen at random for with the first drawing taking place January 2, 2026 and repeated monthly throughout the promotional period. Winner will be notified via the contact information provided by their Price Chopper REWARDS account. Winners will have 24 hours to return our email or phone call. The Company is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winners’ failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall the Company be liable for the Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information If the Company does not receive a return email or phone call they will move on to the next randomly selected winner.
ODDS:
The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
GENERAL:
The Company reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the Official Rules and Regulations at any time with notice. The Company reserves the right to extend The Promotion dates. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of The Promotion. The Company shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to The Promotion and its Official Rules and Regulations. The decisions of The Company are final and binding in all respects. Any change in the rules will be posted at mypricechopper.com or on our official social media accounts on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or Instagram.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from any materials. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend The Promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any other reason the Internet portion of The Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Company or its consulting agencies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, functioning or proper conduct of this promotion.
