Bonus REWARDS Official Rules and Regulations

INTRODUCTION

The Price Chopper "Bonus REWARDS Weekend" (The Promotion) is sponsored by local participating Price Chopper stores, Price Chopper Enterprises (the "Sponsor") located at 10561 Barkley, Suite 320, Overland Park, KS 66212.

ELIGIBILITY

The Bonus REWARDS Weekend is open to all persons with a Chopper Shopper REWARDS account. The Bonus REWARDS Weekend is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside Kansas and Missouri and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

REGULATIONS

Limit ONE Bonus REWARDS level per transaction.

TIME PERIOD/TERMINATION:

The promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on November 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on November 8, 2026. ("Promotion Period"). The Company reserves the right to end The Promotion at any time for any reason. The Company’s computer is the official timekeeping device for The Promotion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Shop at your local Price Chopper during the promotion period and use your Chopper Shopper REWARDS account at checkout.

PRIZE

  • Level 1: Earn 500 Chopper Shopper REWARDS points with a single purchase of $50-$99.99.
  • Level 2: Earn 1,000 Chopper Shopper REWARDS points with a single purchase of $100-$149.99.
  • Level 3: Earn 2,500 Chopper Shopper REWARDS points with a single purchase of $150 or more.

GENERAL

The Company reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the Official Rules and Regulations at any time with notice. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of The Promotion. The Company shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to The Promotion and its Official Rules and Regulations. The decisions of The Company are final and binding in all respects. Any change in the rules will be posted at mypricechopper.com or on our official social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from any materials. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend The Promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any other reason the Internet portion of The Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Company or its consulting agencies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, functioning or proper conduct of this promotion.
