INTRODUCTION:
The Price Chopper Sweepstakes (The Sweepstakes) is sponsored by local participating Price Chopper stores, Price Chopper Enterprises located at 10561 Barkley, Suite 320, Overland Park, KS 66212, Kraft Foods Group, and Mondelez International (“The Companies”).
ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in Kansas or Missouri who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Prizes must be accepted by email and loaded into the AXS app on the winner’s smartphone.
NOT ELIGIBLE:
Employees and agents of Price Chopper Stores, Price Chopper Enterprises, Associated Wholesale Grocers, DGS Foods, Walz Tetrick Advertising, Kraft Foods Group, Mondelez International, prize vendors; Employees and agents of all of the above’s affiliated companies; All of the above’s immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren). By participating in The Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of The Company, which are final and binding in all respects. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited. By entering you are providing your information to Price Chopper.
SWEEPSTAKES TIME PERIOD/TERMINATION:
The Sweepstakes starts on July 17, 2024 at 12:01:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time and ends on July 30, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time (“The Sweepstakes Period”). The Company reserves the right to end The Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. All entries must be received during The Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win a prize. Price Chopper’s computer is the official timekeeping device for The Sweepstakes.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
There are two ways to be entered in The Sweepstakes.
- Participants will receive an automatic entry each time they swipe their Chopper Shopper REWARDS Card in store. REWARDS Cards are available for free at Price Chopper Customer Service or check out and can be scanned for entry without purchase. To enter using your Chopper Shopper REWARDS Card without purchase, begin a transaction at a Price Chopper point of sale terminal by scanning your REWARDS card. Once the card is scanned, a Price Chopper employee will finish the transaction with a zero total.
- Participants will receive bonus entries each time they use their REWARDS card to purchase select Kraft Foods Group or Mondelez International products at Price Chopper. Participants incur no obligation to The Companies or the participating Price Chopper stores and no purchase is necessary to participate.
PRIZES AND ODDS:
At the close of The Sweepstakes window, all entries will be merged into a pool for a randomly selected prize drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the number of participants. All prize winners will be notified via email or phone. The names of the Prize winners may be posted on mypricechopper.com, Facebook or Twitter.
At the time of the notification, each of the winners will be required to return a signed Prize Information and Release Form. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes incurred as a result of his or her acceptance of a prize. Prizes are not refundable for cash, not transferable to any other person and may not be substituted for any other prize. If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of the drawing date, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
Prizes are subject to change and date availability. The Company reserves, at its sole option, the right to alter the prizes throughout the promotional period.
PRIZE:
One (1) winner will win four (4) tickets to Blink-182 at the T-Mobile Center on August 9, 2024.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:
Winner will be selected by random. Winners will be notified after July 30, 2024 There will be one (1) winner. Winner will be notified via information from REWARDS Card by phone and/or email. Winner must be able to accept the prize by email and load the tickets into an AXS smartphone app. Winner will have 24 hours to respond after first contact. If winner does not respond in the 24-hour timeframe, their prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected. If a winner is not confirmed by April 9, 2024, a prize will not be awarded for this event. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize or service. The names of the Prize winners may be posted on mypricechopper.com or on our official social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. At the time of the notification, the winner will be required to complete and return a signed Prize Information and Release Form. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes incurred as a result of his or her acceptance of a prize (including income and withholding taxes).
GENERAL:
The Company reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the Official Rules and Regulations at any time with notice. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of The Sweepstakes. The Company shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to The Sweepstakes and its Official Rules and Regulations. The decisions of The Company are final and binding in all respects. Any change in the rules will be posted at mypricechopper.com or on our official social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. All entries shall become the sole property of The Company.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from any materials. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend The Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any other reason the Internet portion of The Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Company or its consulting agencies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, functioning or proper conduct of this promotion.
