Here are some of our favorite recipes that feature mushrooms.

Spinach stuffed mushrooms

A creamy Parmesan-spinach filling baked in tender mushroom caps. We recommend using Portobello mushrooms for this recipe.

1/4 Cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs

1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup = 1 oz)

2 package (16 oz) large mushrooms

1 small onion, chopped

PAM® Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray

1 Tablespoon chopped pimiento

1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry

Beef-Mushroom Burgers

Mushrooms naturally tend to take on a meaty flavor. Substitute mushrooms for some beef on your next burger night. Half and half or two parts beef to 1 part mushrooms, either way, you won't be disappointed. Try this recipe from Food Network for Beef-Mushroom Burgers
