Ingredients:

  • 1 (12-count) package Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

          Directions:

          1. Place frozen cinnamon rolls in a greased 9-by-13-inch pan. Set icing packet aside.
          2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and ice cream over medium low heat. Add both sugars and increase the heat to medium high, bringing mixture to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, then pour the mixture over the rolls. Place the pan in the cold oven overnight.
          3. In the morning, set oven to 350° and bake for 25-30 minutes. Spread icing over the cinnamon rolls and serve.
