Do you struggle getting out the door on time in the morning? Save time with this quick & easy breakfast you prep overnight. Fresh Dish Foodie, Whitney, is making Apple Pie Overnight Oats.

There’s no cooking required and you can make a couple at a time. These will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

We like this Apple Pie version, but you’re in control of the flavor by adding your favorite toppings, spices and fruits. Try adding everything but the kitchen sink and see what flavor combinations you come up with!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

          Directions:

          1. Add oats and milk to a large mason jar. Place lid on jar, and gently shake to combine.
          2. Remove lid and add remaining ingredients.
          3. Refrigerate overnight; serve cold.
