Peanut Butter Bear - Fresh Dish Post from Price Chopper

Peanut Butter Bear

January 22nd 2015

We had a great time making Peanut Butter Bears at our FREE January Kids Club Event! If you missed out on the fun or want to do it all over again, here's what you'll need:

  • Bread
  • Peanut Butter
  • Banana Slices
  • Chocolate Chips or Raisins

What to do:

  1. Spread the peanut butter on a piece of bread or toast.
  2. Add banana slices for each of the ears and for the bear snout.
  3. Take three chocolate chips or raisins to add the eyes and nose.
  4. Eat up!

The diet purports that the nutritional needs of people have not evolved as fast as our modern food options have. Paleo eaters instead focus on the food groups that would have been available 10,000 years ago – meat, seafood, produce and nuts.
